Contraindications for Express Clinical Facials;
- Active cold sores
- Open lesions
- Infection
- Uncontrolled diabetes
- Lupus and auto immune diseases
- Retin A – cease 2 weeks prior to reduce excessive peeling
- Roaccutane – 12 months
- Blood infections
- Pregnant and breast feeding
- Skin cancer on the treatment area
- Undergoing chemotherapy or immune therapy
- Sunbaking and sun beds are to be avoided the entire duration of the treatment regime
- Unprepared skin and allergies to ingredients used in treatment – please check with therapist
- Caution with photosensitive medications
- Machinery contraindications – heart conditions, metal plates or pins, pacemaker, epilepsy, migraine sufferers, phlebitis (inflammation of a vein), thrombosis.
