PARKING

We are conveniently located next to Hobart Central Car Park (Melville Street) the first hour is FREE and there is also 1hour street parking out the front of our clinic on Bathurst Street.

STAIRS & ACCESS

Please be mindful that our clinic is located upstairs so when booking or buying a voucher for a loved one this is to be taken into consideration.

BOOKING POLICY & GIFT YOUR SPACE INITIATIVE

Please if outside of our opening hours and you need to cancel send an email to let us know.

We request a minimum of 24 hours-notice for cancelling or rescheduling of appointments. Our therapists want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our clients. When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses the opportunity to use our services. In this regard, No-shows or appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a fee

This also applies to drastic appointment changes on the service you are booked in for – for example if you are booked in for a long service and you change your mind and would only like a short treatment, you must let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

If you are running late for an appointment

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may deem it necessary to reschedule your appointment as this will impact the timing of your appointment and our following scheduled appointments. You may also incur a 50% cancellation fee if we need to cancel your appointment without notice.

GIFT YOUR SPACE TO A FRIEND OR LOVED ONE

Life happens….we get it! So we have this wonderful initiative in place that you can use anytime you may need to cancel inside our 24hour cancellation window.

You can either gift your appointment to a friend or loved one “pay it forward” or get them to take the appointment for you and you will be refunded your deposit.
