Gina is a kind and intuitive practitioner who firmly believes in the body’s nature to heal itself and that health encompasses the physical, emotional and mental states of being.  Gina always aims to provide a safe space for individuals to feel heard and accepted, through connection and intention and with her thorough and informed touch she has the ability to facilitate the body’s pathways of energy to support the individual to find balance and harmony.

What to expect in a body work session with Gina:

“My signature therapeutic treatment combines Tui na (ancient Chinese massage therapy), Hilot (age-old Filipino healing therapy), Myofascial Meridian therapy and Reflexology techniques. By opening, releasing and balancing the channel sinews (collectively the muscles, tendons and ligaments) and facilitating the movement of joints, this treatment is able to address not only muscular-skeletal issues but also areas that may be caused by emotional and postural holding patterns that have become unconscious and locked into to body’s connective tissue armour.
Tui na and hilot are both forms of physical bodywork and subtle energy medicine. Myofascial meridian therapy is the merging of Western and Eastern perspectives – perceiving and treating patterns of pain from trigger points and pathways of the meridians as they lie along the limbs and torso. Traditional Chinese foot reflexology is a noninvasive complementary therapy that uses pressure points on the soles of the feet that relate directly to bodily organs and systems.”

Gina is also trained in……

Manual Lymphatic Drainage – A very specific non-muscular massage technique (slower, directional, with light touch) that assists the body to renew and revitalise its fluid, enabling it to establish resistance to all manners of stress that our systems are subjected to by stimulating the immune system.  It can assist in detoxification, pre and post surgical preparation and rehabilitation of tissues, recovery from respiratory infections and chronic fatigue, and recuperation from long illness.

Oncology Massage – A modified gentle touch technique that safely and effectively supports people in frail health including those with a history or diagnosis of cancer; those with a chronic condition; those with a degenerative illness; and those in aged, palliative, or end-of-life care thus improving their quality of life. It is completely individualised in terms of pressure, site, position and duration adaptations to suit the client’s current symptoms, treatment regime and emotional needs.

All ages are welcome! Gina is an accredited practitioner with ANTA and is covered by all major health funds.

MEET CLINTON

We are so excited to introduce Clinton. Clinton is a fully qualified remedial massage therapist and is available for bookings Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays. Clinton has such passion and care, his most confident areas are the broader scope of remedial massage including deep tissue, strength and conditioning, trigger point therapy and myofascial release. Sports massage is another area he loves in both preparation and recovery. Hands and feet are also a specific treatment that Clinton enjoys and feels is important, as tendonitis, sore stiff hands and forearm muscles are so present in todays life, as well as plantar fasciitis in the feet. He also loves a good blend of relaxation in his treatments too. Clintons passion and focus is to help clients understand how they can look after themselves and their bodies between treatments as well as providing a sensational treatment to help with clients overall body health and movement.

A Message From Clinton;

“I believe that if we live with aches and pains, or carry our stress – when can we allow ourselves to enjoy peace? Because of this, we should never feel like we can’t take time to give ourselves the opportunity to rest our minds and allow work on our body to bridge the peace between mental relaxation and physical relief.
Taking a holistic approach to blend the methods of relaxation and remedial techniques – I aim to provide a massage that is both a relaxing experience for you to melt into the table, enjoy the peace of having nothing to worry about other than your downtime, while also addressing any aches and pains that may exist. I pride myself in finding appropriate pressure, fitting everyone individually to relieve the “knots” – you may have grown far too used to – through considerate trigger point techniques and deep tissue work while rounding out treatments with techniques that will leave you floating away and rejuvenated.
I will always take the time to understand how you’re feeling before the session starts, to make sure your treatment is 100% yours.
With that said, sometimes it’s just really nice to have a good massage!”

Please note: All White Sage Gift Vouchers are redeemable with Clintons Services and he is covered by some major health funds.
