Do I have to commit for a long time?
Pathways run for 6 or 12 months, and Bootcamp for 3. A small $15 signup applies, then a simple weekly direct debit, so your skin investment stays manageable.
What if I’m not sure which membership is right?
Start with a consult or Discovery Session. We will read your skin and guide you toward the most supportive pathway for your goals, lifestyle and budget. There is never any pressure.
Can I pause my membership?
Pause options may be available under special circumstances. Just talk to us, and we will do our best to support you.
Do unused treatments roll over?
Treatments are designed to be used within your term and do not roll over beyond it, unless we have agreed otherwise together.
Can my plan change as my skin does?
Absolutely. Your strategy evolves with your skin, and your therapist will guide any change in treatment or pathway along the way.
