LUXURY CLINICAL FACIALS

A decadent facial treatment combining a hero facial tool – sonophoresis . Sonophoresis is an incredible modality that can be used to deeply clean pores (blackhead removal on a whole new level), lift and tone, while reducing the appearance of fine lines/ageing done with infusing ingredients. We create a custom blend of nutrients unique for you and infuse with the sonophoresis deep into your skin to enhance delivery leading to quicker results. This facial also includes enzyme exfoliation, a dreamy face, neck & scalp massage and active compounding to target your concerns that are left on to work their magic.

The perfect facial for skin correction. Targeting conditions like pigmentation, scarring, signs of ageing and slow wound healing. It feels like a spa treatment but combines all the clinical elements to rejuvenate your skin. It is a deep cleansing facial with double enzyme therapy for skin revision, extractions (if needed), gua sha, lymphatic massage to support detoxification, a therapeutic custom mask, LED light Therapy & active compounded treatment serums to finish.
Contraindications for Sonophoresis;
- Pacemaker or other implanted electronic devices (need medical clearance from physician)
- Cancer
- Open wounds, sores, lesions, or irritated, damaged infected skin, active cold sore
- Pregnancy or nursing
- Any contagious or transmittable diseases
- Hemophilia or other bleeding disorders
- Taking blood disorder medications
- Currently taking drugs with the ingredient isotretinoin (belongs to a group of medicines called retinoids)
- Allergy to zinc alloy, ABS plastic or stainless steel
LYMPHATIC THERAPY FACIAL

However during the capillary fluid exchange (where water, amino acids, and oxygen cross the capillary wall into the extracellular fluid), fluids don’t travel very far into the surrounding tissue, and even less when there are roadblocks. Which is why there needs to be a ‘clear road’, free from debris, so that these nutrients can get to their target. This is why lymphatic drainage is important to the health of your skin!

Contraindications for Lymphatic Facial;
- Those who have had numerous lymph nodes removed as it can increase the risk of lymphedema
- Any thrombosis at risk of causing embolism is an absolute contraindication
- Any metastatic or systemic malignant condition
- Extremely reactive or fragile skin, active cold sore
- Recent skin surgery on and around the area
- Allergies (check with therapist)
Caution (relates to manual Lymphatic Drainage)
• Thyroid Dysfunction, Bronchial Asthma, Hypotension, Diabetes, Oedema following carcinoma treatment, Oedema caused by cardiac decompensation should not be drained manually, as this may exacerbate such decompensation, High blood pressure, rheumatism, asthma, lupus, cancer, arthritis, and thrombosis or thyroid problems.
